Thousands of young adults in Los Angeles County are navigating the transition to adulthood without stable housing, consistent income, or family support. Many have aged out of foster care, experienced trauma, or face untreated mental health challenges. Without structured intervention during this critical stage of life, instability often compounds—making long-term independence significantly harder to achieve.
